Returns and refunds

At MADFERIT we do not accept returns. That is why we recommend checking the size and color carefully before you buy. If you have any questions, write to us from the contact page before paying and we will help you choose.

Exception: manufacturing defect

If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, for example a badly sewn seam, we accept the return. Write to us from the contact page with your order number and a photo of the defect, and we will contact you to sort it out.
